This website aims at facilitating access by Typhoon Committee Members to documents of the 56th Session of the Typhoon Committee in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The ESCAP/WMO Typhoon Committee (TC) at its 55th Session decided to convene the 56th Session of Typhoon Committee in 2024. The Fifty-sixth Session of the Typhoon Committee will be held in Swiss-Garden Hotel Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 27 February to 01 March 2024.

The Session is being convened by the Typhoon Committee, under the auspices of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), and hosted by Malaysian Meteorological Department (Met Malaysia). This marks the Committee's first in-person Session following the global COVID-19 pandemic.
