EDUCATIONAL VIDEO ABOUT THE COMBINED EFFECT OF HIGH WINDS AND HEAVY RAIN
The Typhoon Committee Working Group on Disaster Risk and Reduction would like to share an educational video “Multi-Hazard Combined Effect”, produced by Hong Kong Observatory. The objective of this video is to raise public awareness of the combined effect of high winds and heavy rain. The video comes with English voice-over and subtitles and is free to download and use in the disaster prevention education and promotion work.
